Drain & sewer drain cleaning only — no general plumbing.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about drain cleaning, hydro jetting, camera inspections, and referrals.

Do you offer plumbing services?
No. Rooter Troopers performs drain and sewer drain cleaning only. We do not install fixtures, replace pipe, repair leaks, or handle water heaters, and we don't compete for plumbing work.
What is hydro jetting?
Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water through a specialized nozzle inside the drain line to flush grease, soap residue, sludge, scale, and debris off the pipe walls. Results depend on the condition of the line.
When should I use a sewer camera inspection?
When clogs keep returning, when a drain backs up frequently, when roots or an obstruction are suspected, or when you want to confirm what's inside the line before choosing a cleaning approach.
Why do sewer drains clog?
Most often from grease and food residue, soap scum and hair, wipes and non-flushable items, sludge and scale buildup, root intrusion, aging lines, or simply heavy daily use.
Can you help with recurring drain backups?
Yes. Repeat backups usually point to buildup, an intrusion, or a condition inside the line. We can clear the drain and use a camera inspection to help show what keeps causing it.
What is the plumbing referral program?
Plumbing companies that don't specialize in drain cleaning can refer that work to Rooter Troopers. We handle only the drain and sewer drain cleaning and never pursue the plumbing side of the job.
When does a plumbing company receive its 10% referral payment?
The referring company earns 10% once the referred drain-cleaning job is completed and paid. Payment is tied to completed work and subject to program verification and terms.
